Shampoo – mix 2 tbsp castile soap with 1 cup purified water. Follow with an acidic rinse to restore the pH. For a homemade hair rinse, mix 1 part lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to 8 parts purified water. Mild Baby Wash – mix 1 part castile soap with 4 parts purified water. Make sure to keep the soap mixture away from baby’s eyes! Hand-Washing Dishes – when washing dishes in the sink, add a squirt to hot running water.
